Previously with Global University Systems, Europe’s largest private higher education group, Andrew has operated across the United States, India, Africa, Korea, and Central America, building a track record in scaling education, healthcare, and workforce businesses across international markets. Now based in the Cayman Islands, he brings a global perspective, institutional credibility, and a proven ability to turn complex market opportunities into scalable platforms.
